摘　　要："工程光学"是光电信息科学与工程专业重要的专业课程之一,具有知识结构复合度高、知识点更新迅速、实践性与应用性强等特点。传统的教学模式偏重公式推导,学生普遍感觉比较抽象,理解难度较大。为体现应用型本科高校的特点,培养具有持续学习能力的专业型人才,教研组将Zemax软件引入课程教学过程,对工程光学课程内的几个重要知识点进行仿真研究,并在此基础上设置一个综合工程案例进行仿真建模。通过模拟研究提高学生对光学原理的理解和运用能力,达到提高教学质量、适应应用型人才培养的需要。＂Engineering Optics＂ is an important professional course for photoelectric information science and engineering students, meanwhile it has some characteristics, such as complex knowledge structure, high update speed, strong practicality, etc.Traditional teaching mostly focuses on the formula derivation that makes students generally feel more bored. In order to reflect the characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges and cultivate the professional talents with continuous learning ability, our group carried out the application of Zemax software into the teaching process. We used lots of cases including simulation modeling to improve the students＇ understanding and application of the principle of optics, thereby meeting the need of applied talents training.
