摘　　要：本文以河南省工业工程为例,对工业工程专业的学生进行满意度评价,找出影响学生市场满意度的重点因素,给高校的教学提供一些方向和目标。本文运用层次分析法,对学生在企业中的满意度进行指标体系的构建,然后设计调查问卷,对影响学生市场满意度因素的得分进行分析和计算,得出学生在企业服务中的满意度等级,再分析各项指标的得分,找出影响这些指标的问题所在,研究出相应的对策。With industrial engineering in He＇nan Province as the example, this paper evaluated the market satisfaction on students majoring in industrial engineering, in order to find out the key factors influencing the satisfaction and offer some directions and objectives to teaching in colleges and universities. With analytical hierarchy process, this paper constructed an index system for the market satisfaction, then designed the survey questionnaire, analyzed and calculated the scores in different factors, concluded the grades of satisfaction on students in enterprise services, and then analyzed the scores of different indexes and found out problems in the indexes, and finally proposed corresponding countermeasures.
