摘　　要：从恩格斯的"历史合力论"原理出发,引申出护理专业实习女生人身安全工作需要学校、实习单位、家长、实习生、其他力量、辅导员等形成合力,并且减少合力中的消极因素,确保护理专业实习女生人身安全得到有效保障。According to Engels＇ history with joint forces theory,this paper extends the meaning that the personal safety work for female nursing interns needs the joint forces of the college, practice sites, parents, interns themselves, counselors and other forces, and negative factors in the joint forces should be reduced,in order to effectively ensure the personal safety of female nursing interns.
