摘　　要：传统英文报刊教学模式难以培养学生的创新思维能力。分析了我院目前英文报刊教学现状并重新进行课程定位之后,笔者认为高职英文报刊教学应在建构主义教学理论的指导下,强调以学生为中心,为学生营造良好的学习环境,鼓励学生利用多种信息资源,从而更好地实现对所学知识意义的建构,优化高职英文报刊课的教学效果。It＇s hard to cultivate students＇ creative thinking ability by adopting the traditional English newspaper teaching mode.The status quo of English newspaper teaching in Hu＇nan Communication Polytechnic is analyzed and the curriculum objective is reset. English newspaper teaching in polytechnic should be guided by constructivism which emphasizes students-center,creating healthy learning environment and encouraging the use of various information resources. Thus, the meaning of knowledge can be better constructed and the teaching effect can be optimized.
