商务英语教学存在的问题及对策——以保定学院为例

摘　　要：保定学院商务英语专业的设置适应了时代的发展,为保定及京津冀地区经济发展提供了涉外人才保障。但目前我院商务英语培养的学生却不能满足市场的需求。本文在调查分析我院商务英语教学现状的基础上,发现其商务英语师资片面,教师商务知识及技能不足,教学方法单一等问题。因此,如何提高教师个人水平、改变教学方法、加强校企合作成为亟待解决的问题。The opening of business English major in Baoding University conforms to the development of the times, having provided talents concerning foreign affairs for the economic development of Baoding, Beijing, Tianjin, and the whole Hebei Province.But the business English talents cultivated by our university cannot meet the demands of the market. Based on an analysis of the current situation of business English teaching in our university,this paper proposes the problems in it, such as a homogeneous team of teachers, teachers＇ insufficient business knowledge and skills and monotonous teaching methods. Therefore, it has become an imperative issue to improve teachers＇ qualities, change teaching methods and enhance university-enterprise cooperation.
