摘　　要：本文采用5%KOH溶液微波消解样品和恒温烘箱105℃消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）分析乳制品中的总碘。研究表明：碘质量浓度在0.25～100.0μg/L范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为45.0μg/kg,两种样品处理方式的加标回收率在97.2%～105%之间,相对标准偏差在3.1%～5.6%之间。该方法适合乳制品中总碘的快速分析。A method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination total iodine（m/z127）in dairy products.All samples were digested in 5% potassium hydroxide solution using microwave oven system or laboratory oven.The study showed that linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.25-100.0μg/L with the detection limit of 45.0μg/kg,recoveries of 97.2%-105% and relative standard deviations（n=16）of 3.1%-5.6%.The result indicates that this method is suitable for the rapid analysis of total iodine in dairy products.
