摘 要:襄阳是汉江中下游经济发展最具"活力"的区域,汉江干支流水质均受到了不同程度的污染,制约着襄阳的可持续发展.本研究综合调查了汉江流域襄阳段水质状况及存在的问题,剖析了问题产生与存在的原因.研究表明:汉江襄阳段干流水质现状尚好,但变化趋势不容乐观;支流水质有所改观,部分河段仍存在较严重污染.基于调查结果认为,改善水质应在严防死守污染源的基础上,加强管理和制度创新,以有效的机制结合有力的宣传来保护汉江水质.Xiangyang is a dynamic region along the middle and downstream area of the Han River. For a long time, the water in both main streams and tributaries of the Han River has been polluted to varying degrees due to human activities, which inhibits the sustainable development of Xiangyang. Investigation into the water quality of Xiangyang section of the Han River was carried out. It finds that: the water condition in this area is still excellent but its development is not promising. The water condition of tributaries has been improved but some reaches have been seriously polluted. Therefore,the governance countermeasure, aiming at protecting water resource, plays a reality-oriented role in the sustainable social economic and ecological development in Xiangyang.
