酒店实习生心理演变与指导策略研究——以旅游管理专业本科生为例

摘　　要：针对旅游院校对酒店实习重制度层面管理而轻学生心理疏导的现状,文章将酒店实习研究的周期提前延后划分为实习前、实习初、实习中、实习后和返校后五个阶段,采用跟踪调查和文献整理相结合的方法搜集资料,研究了酒店实习生复杂→适应→稳定→烦躁→积极的心理演变历程,据此提出实习指导教师的"五心跟踪指导"策略,以期实现旅游专业酒店实习"制度+关心"双向指导教学新模式的优化.According to current situation of tourism college, they pay attention to management system level of hotel practice and don＇t care about students＇ psychological counseling,this paper divided the hotel practice study period into five stages, the order is early before, early, middle, later of the practice and back to college,we adopt the methods of tracking questionnaire and literature arrangement combined to collect data, mainly study hotel practice psychological evolution process of complex.adaptive, stable, agitated and positive,on the basis of the research conclusion, this paper proposes the strategy of ＂five heart tracking guidance＂ in order to realize the two-way guiding new pattern of hotel practice ＂system and care＂.
