摘　　要：采用传统的RNAiso法、以SiO_2为吸附载体的二氧化硅吸附法及商品化吸附膜式柱提取试剂盒法三种方法提取阳性样本肠道腺病毒核酸,测定核酸浓度,进行实时荧光定量PCR,检验核酸提取对该反应影响,发现吸附膜式柱提取试剂盒法提取腺病毒核酸效果最佳。Extracted nucleic acid of positive samples of enteric adenovirus using the traditional RNAiso method, SiO_2 as carrier adsorption silica adsorption method and adsorption film column extraction kit method. We measured the concentration of the nucleic acid and tested nucleic acid extraction efficiency by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. It was found that the membrane adsorption column extraction kit method extract adenovirus nucleic acid has the best effect.
