摘　　要：财务管理涉及企业资金等物质资产的运转,直接关系到企业的生存与发展。通过研究现代企业财务管理职能的重要意义,为有效提升现代企业财务管理职能提供相应的对策和建议,为现代企业充分发挥财务管理职能作用提供依据。Financial management involves the capital operation like physical assets, which is directly related to the survival and development of the enterprise. To this end, this paper studies the significance of the modern enterprise financial management functions, provides the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion to effectively improve the modern enterprise financial management function, and also provides the basis for the modern enterprise give full play to the role of the financial management function.
