计重收费模式下运营车辆荷载发展变异趋势的预测分析

摘　　要：本文针对在广东省境内京珠高速公路运营车辆荷载的现状,基于该高速公路的某收费站口的实测动态称重数据,统计分析了车辆荷载的车重和轴重的数字特征,用加权的三峰正态分布函数拟合及描述运营车辆荷载总体的概率密度分布模型,并与计重收费前的佛开高速公路数据进行了对比,反映了计重收费模式对车重的控制有明显的限制作用。本文利用Rice公式外推理论,统计分析车重、轴重出现的穿越率,进而构建了计重收费模式下京珠高速公路运营车辆荷载的车重、轴重发展变异趋势的表达式,最后利用穿越率与重现期的关系,对任意重现期下的车重、轴重最大值进行外推计算,预测车重、轴重的最大值。本研究对当前车辆超载轴重变异的评估、计重收费模式的完善和既有桥梁的维护提供一定的参考价值。Due to the status of operating vehicle loads in Guangdong Province,this article analyzed the weight features of vehicle load and axle load,then applied tri-peaked combined distribution function to design a model that can describe the probability density distribution of the operating vehicle load,which based on measured dynamic vehicle load test data from Jing-Zhu Expressway toll-station. The policy of toll-by-weight has a significant control of the vehicle weight which compared with the data of Fo-kai Expressway. Analyzed the crossing rate of vehicle load and axle load and the relationship between crossing rate and return period,extrapolated the maximum truck weight and axle load of any return period by using the Rice formula extrapolation theory according to the measured vehicle load data on Jing-Zhu Expressway,and obtained their development expression under the toll-by-weight policy. This article provided useful reference to the assessment of the severity of axle load variation,the improvement of the model of toll-by-weight and the maintenance of the existing bridges.
