摘 要:肌肉爆发力是最短时间内产生力量的能力,其表达方式有功率或产生的力与运动速度的乘积。老年人不论年龄高低、是否有良好的锻炼习惯,保持肌肉爆发力、防止爆发力流失都非常重要。综述老年人肌肉爆发力增龄性衰减特征及其对身体运动功能的影响以及以防止爆发力流失为目的运动干预的作用效果,以期加深对老年人爆发力训练必要性的理解,促进老年人进行合理有效的体育锻炼,为开展老年人爆发力研究提供帮助。Muscle power is the ability to generate force within a short time and it is expressed as power or product of the force and movement speed.It is very important for the senior people,no matter at what age,whether with a good exercise habits or not,to keep the muscle power and to prevent loss of power.This paper summarized the influence of decadence muscle power with age,the relationship between power and physical function,as well as the effects of exercise for intervention that prevents the loss of power.The purposes were to understand the necessity of resistance power training for the seniors,to encourage reasonable and effective physical exercise,and to provide information for researches on developing the power.
