摘　　要：提高高校校报的办报艺术水平 ,应处理好严肃性与活泼性、普遍性与特殊性、指导性与可读性的关系 ,从而改变当前高校校报落伍时代的现状 ,努力提升艺术品位 ,满足读者需要。To improve the art of newspaper-running in colleges and universities,we should deal with the relationships between solemnity and vividness,universality and particularity,guidance and readability,so as to change the present comparatively poor appearance that newspaper-running in colleges and universities is behind the times,make great efforts to promote the art grade,and satisfy the needs of readers finally.
