后颅窝实质性血管母细胞瘤的诊治研究进展

摘　　要：血管母细胞瘤是一种罕见的颅内良性肿瘤,富含毛细血管,肿瘤主要位于小脑半球,其次在小脑蚓部,少数位于延髓、脊髓,但幕上少见。本文对血管母细胞瘤特别是后颅窝血管母细胞瘤的临床表现、影像学表现、诊断及治疗进行综述,深化对后颅窝实质性血管母细胞瘤的认识。Hemangioblastoma is a rare intracranial benign neoplasm and consisted with capillary-rich.Tumor locates mainly in the cerebellar hemisphere,secondly in the cerebellar vermis,a few in the medulla oblongata and spinal cord,but cerebellar screen rare.This article reviews the clinical manifestations,imaging findings,diagnosis and treatment of the patients with vascular neuroblastoma,especially the posterior cranial fossa.
