摘　　要：保乳手术现已成为早期乳腺癌的首选治疗手段,但安全切缘仍然是困扰着外科医生实施保乳手术的重要问题之一.由于多种临床因素对安全切缘存在一定的影响,目前对保乳手术安全切缘并未达成相关共识,存在一定的争议.Breast conserving surgery has become the first choice for the treatment of early breast cancer.However,the safety margin is still one of the important issues for surgeons in the implementation of breast conserving surgery.Because variety of clinical factors have some effects on the safety margin,at present,no consensus on safe margin of breast conserving surgery is reached,and the controversy still goes on.
