摘  要:以CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道常用粉体-粘度改性剂复合型自密实混凝土为研究对象,系统研究了含气量、胶凝材料、养护温度等对自密实混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量的影响,比较了自密实混凝土与正常振捣混凝土力学性能指标,探讨了自密实混凝土抗折强度和弹性模量与抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明,自密实混凝土抗压强度随含气量的变化规律大致可分为三个区域,当含气量小于3.5%,抗压强度随含气量增加而降低;当含气量在3.5%~6.1%之间,抗压强度变化不大;当含气量大于6.1%时,抗压强度随含气量增加而显著降低;自密实混凝土抗折强度高于正常振捣混凝土,折压比约为0.14;等强度自密实混凝土弹性模量比正常振捣混凝土低,且随着抗压强度增加,两者之间的差距逐渐减小;在养护温度5~30℃范围内,自密实混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量均随养护温度的升高而增大。Taking the powder-viscosity modifying admixture combination type self-compacting concrete( SCC) used in CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track for study,the effect of air content,cementitious materials and curing temperature on compressive strength, flexural strength, and elastic modulus have been studied. The mechanical properties of SCC and normally vibrated concrete are compared,and the correlation between flexural strength and compressive strength,elastic modulus and compressive strength are investigated. The results show that the effect of air content on compressive strength of SCC can be divided into three regions. When the content of air is less than 3. 5%,the compressive strength of SCC decreases with the increase of air content. When the air content is between 3. 5%-6. 1%, the compressive strength of SCC show little change. When the air content is more than 6. 1%, the compressive strength of SCC decreases significantly with the increase of air content. Flexural strength of SCC is greater than normally vibrated concrete,the flexural strength to compressive strength ratio is 0.14. The elastic modulus of SCC is smaller than normally vibrated concrete at the same compressive strength level,and the difference of elastic modulus between those two type concrete decreases with increase of compressive strength. Compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of SCC increase with the increase of curing temperature between the temperature 5 ℃ and 30 ℃.
