摘  要:对3组普通加气混凝土砌块试件和2组玻璃纤维加气混凝土砌块试件进行双面剪切试验,研究砌块强度等级、纤维体积率对加气混凝土砌块抗剪性能的影响;依据扫描电镜(SEM)结果,分析纤维对其抗剪性能的影响机理。试验结果表明:随着砌块强度等级提高其抗剪强度逐渐增大,B06级砌块的变形、抗剪强度比B05级分别提高14.3%、28.1%,B07级砌块的变形、抗剪强度比B06级分别提高18.5%、29.2%;纤维体积率2.5%的B06级蒸压加气混凝土砌块比不掺纤维B06级砌块的平均极限变形、初裂抗剪强度、极限抗剪强度分别提高10.5%、2.4%、4.9%,纤维体积率5%的B06级蒸压加气混凝土砌块比不掺纤维B06级砌块的平均极限变形、初裂抗剪强度、极限抗剪强度提高19.5%、7.3%、12.2%;玻璃纤维与水化产物形成的网络状三维支撑体系是增强其抗剪性能及变形的主要原因。Three groups of common aerated concrete block specimen and glass fiber in the 2 groups of aerated concrete block are got on double shear test specimens. The block strength grade,the fiber volume fraction on the properties of aerated concrete block shear resistance is studied. Based on scanning electron microscopy( SEM),the impact on its mechanism of shear mechanical properties is analyzed by the fiber. Experimental results show that with the improvement of block strength grade the shear strength increases gradually. Deformation and shear strength of the of B06 grade block are increased by 14. 3%and 28. 1% than level B05. Deformation and shear strength of B07 class block are increased by 18. 5%and 29. 2% than B06 level. Limit deformation,initial crack,ultimate shear strength of B06 grade autoclaved aerated concrete block of fiber volume fraction of 2. 5% are increased by 10. 5%,2. 4% and4. 9% than not doped fiber B06 grade block. Limit deformation,initial crack,ultimate shear strength of B06 grade autoclaved aerated concrete block of Fiber volume fraction of 5% are increased by 19. 5%,7.3% and 7. 3% than not doped fiber B06 grade block. Glass fiber network formed by the hydration products with the 3 d support system is to enhance the shear properties and deformation of the main reasons.
