摘　　要：目的检测MUC1和Gal-3蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨与结直肠癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测MUC1和Gal-3蛋白在81例结直肠癌组织中的表达,另取癌旁正常组织20例及结直肠腺瘤组织20例作为对照组,并结合临床病理特征及随访资料分析临床意义。结果结直肠癌中MUC1和Gal-3蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁组织和结直肠腺瘤组织(P<0.05)。MUC1和Gal-3蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的浸润、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关,与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度和组织学类型均无明显关系(均P>0.05)。两者表达呈正相关(r=0.84,P<0.05);MUC1、Gal-3蛋白阳性表达的患者5年生存率低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论 MUC1和Gal-3与结直肠癌的发生、发展及生存期相关,联合检测可能对结直肠癌的诊断、治疗及预后评价具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expression levels of MUC1 and Gal-3 proteins in colorectal carcinoma,and their relation to clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods The expression levels of MUC1 and Gal-3 were detected by immunohistochemistry（ SP method） in 81 samples of colorectal carcinoma,20 samples of tumor adjacent tissues and 20 samples of colorectal adenoma. The correlation of protein expression with the clinicopathological features and survival of patients was analyzed. Results The levels of MUC1 and Gal-3 proteins in colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in tumor adjacent tissues or colorectal adenoma（ P〈0. 05）. Higher expression of MUC1 and Gal-3 was positively correlated with tumor invasiveness,TNM stages,and lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 05）,while the expression of MUC1 and Gal-3 had no significant relationship with age,sex,tumor size,tumor differentiation and histological type（ P〉0. 05）. The five-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of MUC1 or Gal-3 protein was significantly lower than those with negative expression（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression levels of Gal-3 and MUC1 are correlated with the disease progression,metastasis and survival of colorectal cancer patients. Clinical examination of MUC1 and Gal-3 may be of value in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
