摘  要:目的探讨异甘草酸镁联合双环醇治疗化疗药物性肝损害的疗效。方法 80例化疗药物性肝损害患者被随机分为对照组与实验组,2组患者各40例,对照组接受常规护肝治疗,实验组使用异甘草酸镁联合双环醇护肝治疗,治疗1周后进行疗效及不良反应评价。结果⑴治疗前,2组患者总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、前白蛋白(PA)、拟乙酰胆碱酯酶(PCHE)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,实验组TBIL、ALT、AST、GGT、ALP显著低于对照组,PA、PCHE显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。⑵经疗效评价,实验组治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。⑶2组患者不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁联合双环醇治疗化疗药物性肝损害具有疗效可靠、安全性好等优点。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate plus bicyclol in the treatment of patients with chemotherapy drugs-induced liver injury. Methods 80 cases of chemotherapy drugs-induced liver injury were divided into a control group and an experimental group randomly,and there were 40 cases of patients in each group. The control group was given conventional liver-protecting therapy,while the experimental group received magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate plus bicyclol.The therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated after 1-week therapy. Results ⑴ Before treatment,no statistical differences were found in total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),pre- albumin(PA),pseudocholinesterase(PCHE) between the 2 groups(P〈0.05). After 1-week therapy,the TBIL,ALT,AST,GGT,ALP in experimental group were statistically lower than those in control group,while the PA and PCHE were statistically higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). ⑵After evaluation of therapeutic efficacy,the efficacy in experimental group was superior to that in control group(P〈0.05). ⑶No statistical difference was found in incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion The magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate plus bicyclol for chemotherapy drugs-induced liver injury shows reliable efficacy and good safety.
