摘 要:针对复杂电磁环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选问题,提出了一种采用变精度粗糙集改进的基于相邻脉冲相似性的快速聚类分选方法。原有方法计算相似度时加权矩阵由专家给定或由经验而定,未考虑到雷达辐射源属性,造成聚类分选结果准确率不高。改进方法利用变精度粗糙集获取雷达辐射源各属性特征参数的权重,由其权重构成最优特征加权矩阵,进而计算相似度,然后基于相邻脉冲相似性对雷达信号进行快速聚类分选。仿真表明,改进方法相比原有方法保持了快速分选的能力,并且将聚类分选准确率提高了5.93%,是一种解决复杂环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选的新方法。Aimed at the problem of the fast clustering sorting of radar signals under complex conditions of electromagnetic environment, a fast clustering sorting method of radar signals is proposed by adopting a variable precision rough set model based on the similarity of border pulse. In view of some reasons that the similarity of the weigh- ting matrix computed by the original method is determined by experts or experience on no consideration of radar radiated properties, this leads to a low clustering sorting accuracy rate. The improved method is used to obtain the weights of feature parameters in radar emitter by utilizing the variable precision rough set model, further compute similarity by the weighting matrix composed of optimum feature weights, and then perform fast clustering sorting of radar signals by using similarity of border pulse. The simulation results show that the improved method increa- ses the clustering sorting accuracy rate by 5.93 ~ under the same fast clustering sorting capability compared with the original method.
