摘　　要：应用型转型过程中专业人才创新能力的培养具有重要意义。目前新升本应用型高校转型过程中存在创新人才匮乏的现状,在对钦州学院机械工程专业创新模式进行探究的基础上,应从塑造创新理念、培养创新激情、设计创新课程、深化校企合作等方面提出创新能力培养的思路和方法,为新升本转型应用型高校创新型人才培养提供一定的参考。Combined with the current problem of lacking innovation in personnel training mode,based on theory and practical teaching of mechanical engineering major in one of the local newly-established university--Qinzhou University,this paper analyzed the significance of cultivating students＇ innovative ability in transforming colleges,and proposed countermeasures including shaping concept of innovation,fostering passion for innovation,designing innovation courses,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,aiming at promoting the cultivation of creative talents in mechanical majors in application-oriented transformation university
