摘　　要：目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合丝裂霉素C并泪道置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对42例(48眼)慢性泪囊炎患者行泪囊鼻腔吻合术,术中局部应用0.4 mg/ml丝裂霉素C,并置入环形硅胶管,术后半年拔管,术后12个月随访,观察患者溢泪及泪道通畅情况。结果治疗42例48眼,治愈46眼,治愈率为95.8%,好转2眼;无效0例。总有效率为100%。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合丝裂霉素C并置管治疗慢性泪囊炎效果满意。Objective To discuss the clinical effect in dacryocystorhinostomy associated with Mitomycin C and lacrimal intu- bation on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Forty-two cases （48 eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystorhi- nostomy, and during the surgery, Mitomycin C（0.4 mg/ml） were applied partly and annular silicon tubes were implanted. Sili- con tubes were removed after 6 months and all cases were followed up for 12 months. The overflow of tears and lacrimal ductflow situation were observed. Results Among the 42 cases （48eyes）, 46 eyes were cured, and the cure rate was 95.8% ; 2 eyes were effective, and the effective rate was 4. 2%. Invalid of 0 case. Total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The effect of dacryocystorhinostomy associated with Mitomycin C and lacrimal intubation on chronic dacryocystitis is satisfying.
