摘　　要：经济发展与环境保护的协同推进既是协调发展理念和绿色发展理念的具体体现,也是我国西部地区全面建成小康社会和美丽乡村建设的战略任务。完成这一任务必须以重点生态区、农村贫困区和农村环境问题突出地区为重点实施区域,以农业、工业和服务业的生态化、循环化转型发展为基础,注重产业—生态方面的技术进步和技术组装,以重点领域的协同推进带动整体范围的可持续发展,为建设经济繁荣、环境优美的美丽乡村找到一条科学可行的道路。The coordinated development of economic development and environmental protection was not only the concrete embodiment of the coordinated development concept and the green development concept,but also was the strategic task of building a well-off society and the beautiful countryside in the western regions. To complete this task,it must be the key ecological areas,rural poverty and environmental problems in rural areas highlight areas which focused on implementation of regional and agriculture,ecological industry and service industry and cycle of transformation as the basis for the development,paid attention to ecological industry technology progress and technology assembly,the key areas to promote synergy drive for a whole range of sustainable development,for the construction of economic prosperity and beautiful environment of beautiful countryside to find a scientific and feasible way.
