西部六省能源消费与经济发展协调度分析

摘　　要：通过构建能源消费与经济发展协调度评价指标体系,收集并整理西部丝绸之路经济带沿线六省2006—2014年的能源和经济数据,运用面板数据模型对所提的三个命题进行验证,然后运用耦合协调度评价模型对能源消费与经济发展协调水平做出评价。结果表明:1所提的三个命题是正确的,西部六省的能源消费与经济发展基本符合实际规律,但协调程度还需进一步分析;2在这一时期,西部六省能源消费与经济发展的协调度总体上呈现出上升趋势。2006—2009年六省能源消费与经济发展协调度基本处于失调或濒临协调状态,但到2014年六省都处于优级协调状态。局部来看,陕西的协调度水平最好,青海最差。Panel data model was used to verify three propositions. The coupling coordination evaluation model was used to evaluate. The energy consumption,the level for coordinating economic development and the data from six provinces in western along the silk belt from 2005 to 2013 were the most important reference. The results showed that：（1）Three propositions mentioned were correct. Namely,energy consumption and coordination of economic development was up to the law,but the level of coordinating should be analyzed deeply.（2）During the period,six provinces in western every should be a rising trend in both energy consumption and coordination from 2005 to 2008. The six provinces of energy consumption and coordination were out of control. However,in 2013,six provinces were in the best way. Locally Shanxi coordination was the best,Qinghai was the worst.
