摘　　要：言语礼节是人际交往中约定俗成的礼俗规范。道歉语作为日常生活中人们频繁使用的言语礼节用语,对于维系交际双方之间的和谐关系具有十分重要的意义。基于此,以俄语言语礼节理论为支撑,探讨俄语道歉语及其应答语的语言表达手段,以期提高俄语学习者的言语交际能力,帮助其正确而又有效地进行跨文化交际。Language etiquette refers to conventional speech and behavior norms. Apology which is frequently used in daily life plays an important role in establishing and maintaining friendly,cooperative and harmonious relationships between the two parties of communication. This thesis takes the theory of Russian language etiquette as its theoretical support,and mainly discusses the expression means of apology and answers in Russian. We hope that this study can help Russian learners improve their communication skills so as to conduct a positive and effective cross- cultural communication.
