摘　　要：简介中国美术学院艺术造型实验教学示范中心成立于2002年,是一支由名师领衔能满足现代实验教学需要的高素质实验教师队伍。其中有＂全国中青年德艺双馨文艺工作者＂1人,全国宣传文化系统＂四个一批＂人才1人,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划1人,全国优秀教师、全国优秀教育工作者3人,国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员1人,教育部艺术专业硕士指导委员会委员1人,中心主任由王赞教授担任。实验中心总设备值约1.31亿元,实验中心年均完成实验教学任务约116.4万人时数;This article proposed an idea, in which main body is students, teachers and peer experts based on the study of experimental teaching center demonstration effect. We built a dynamic, actionable evaluation system for the demonstration effect, and explained its meaning and calculation method. The evaluation system is cognitive effect and innovation incentive effect with student-centered, teaching demonstration effect with teacher-centered, radiation effect with expert-centered. Referring to the demonstration effect of this indicator system, we evaluated the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center of finance and management experimental teaching demonstration center. The evaluation result verified the reasonableness of the index system. It has an important guiding significance for the comprehensive evaluation of experimental teaching demonstration center construction in universities.
