摘 要:CDIO模式包括构思、设计、实施、运行四方面的内容,协同创新理念融合了师生间协同、学生间协同、教师间协同和校企间协同,CDIO模式和协同创新理念在教学改革特别是实践教学改革中具有明显的效果。该理念改变了以往以教师为中心的模式,突出学生中心,辅以教师指导,激发学生积极性,注重各方面能力的培养。论文以综合布线实训项目为例,探讨了CDIO模式和协同创新理念下的实施方案,该方案贯穿了系统分析、系统设计、系统实施和验收等各个方面。在该理念的指导下,学生分组完成实训项目,学生的实践能力和团队协作能力都得到了提升,效果明显。There are four parts in CDIO pattern: conceive,design,implement and operate. The collaborative innovation idea contains the coordination between teachers and students, coordination among students, coordination among teachers,coordination between schools and enterprises. CDIO pattern and collaborative innovation idea have obvious effect in the teaching reform,especially in practice teaching reform. This idea changes the former pattern which is teacher-oriented to the new pattern which is student-oriented. In the new pattern,under the teacher's guidance,more attention is paid to the students' cultivation of various abilities. In this paper,taking Generic Cabling practical project as an example,the scheme was discussed about how to implement the CDIO and collaborative innovation idea in the teaching activity. This scheme ran through the system analysis,system design,system implementation and acceptance of the project. The students were grouped in different teams to complete the training program,their practical ability,teamwork and leadership were improved obviously.
