摘 要:在我国实验室迅猛发展的过程中,出现了越来越多的低碳环保问题,既增加了能源消耗,也加重了环境污染,已经成为制约当前实验室建设的严重瓶颈。绿色生态理念倡导的绿色观、生态观、可持续发展观为解决这一问题提供了新的方法和途径。在参照一般项目生命周期划分基础上,根据实验室项目的特点,将实验室项目生命周期管理划分成立项管理、执行管理、验收管理、使用管理、考核管理、报废管理六个阶段,同时按照绿色生态理念的要求,在实验室项目生命周期管理的每一个阶段都提出了切实可行的方案,这对实现实验室的低能耗、低排放、低污染,促进实验室的可持续发展具有重要作用。In the process of rapid development of China ' s laboratories, there are more and more low-carbon environmental problems. These problems increase the energy consumption, and increase the pollution of the environment,have become a serious bottleneck restricting the construction of the laboratory. The concepts of green ecology,advocating green view,ecological view and sustainable development view provide new methods and approaches to solve this problem. In this paper,on the basis of the reference to life cycle of the general project,according to the characteristics of laboratory projects,the life cycle management of laboratory project is divided into six stages: project management,implementation management,acceptance management,use management,assessment management,scrap management. Practical solutions are put forward at every stage of the life cycle management of laboratory project,in accordance with requirements of the concept of green ecology. The concept of green ecology plays an important role in achieving the laboratory of low energy consumption, low pollution and promoting the laboratory of sustainable development.
