摘 要:通过对美国加州大学戴维斯分校、中国农业大学等6所中外知名涉农高校大型仪器平台的建设目标、资源配置、运行模式、队伍建设等关键要素的分析比较,发现国外大学注重大型仪器平台资源的科学配置和平台专业技术管理团队建设,在追求发挥仪器设备效率的同时更力求提供高质量实验技术支持和服务,平台所形成支撑能力持续推动了学校的领先发展。为此,提出学习国外先进大学平台建设经验,将平台建设的硬件要素扩张为主的外延模式转向提升核心竞争力的科学内涵发展模式。建议制定基于国家创新体系的大型仪器共用平台建设制度规范,改革大型仪器平台的配置模式,注重顶层设计和系统配置,建设与平台硬件装备条件相适应的平台技术与管理团队。By analyzing the key elements of large-scale instrument platforms of well-known Chinese and foreign agriculture-related universities,such as the University of California,Davis and China Agricultural University such as major goal of building instrument platform,resource allocation,mode of operation,team building and other more,it discovers that foreign universities focus on large-scale instrument platform resource configuration and build professional and technical management team. They not only play instruments in the pursuit of efficiency but also strive to provide high-quality technical support and services. The platforms support capabilities promote the sustainable development of the universities. The paper proposed to learn advanced experiences of building instrument platform of the foreign universities. The Chinese university should transform the main development model of the hardware expansion of the platform into enhancing the core competitiveness of the scientific connotation of development mode. It recommended to make regulations and norms of the large-scale instrument platform,reform of large instrument platform configuration mode,focus on top-level design and system configuration,construct team of platform technology and management.
