摘　　要：大型仪器设备管理水平是衡量高校教学科研与社会服务能力的重要指标之一。如何提高设备利用率,更好地为教学科研和社会服务,是实验室开放共享管理研究的重要课题。针对目前高校大型仪器设备管理机制和开放共享模式等关键问题,结合食品工程学院大型仪器设备管理实践,对实验室开放共享模式、大型仪器设备共享平台、开放基金、效益评价与考核体系等进行了积极探索,重点研究了教学与科研融通的开放共享机制、信息化管理平台建设、有偿服务与开放基金管理模式及考核评价奖惩制度,提高了大型仪器设备的利用率和使用效益,对促进实验室仪器设备的开放共享具有一定参考和借鉴作用。The management skill of large-scale instruments is one of the important indexes to evaluate teaching-research and social service capacity in universities. Hence,how to improve the utilization rate of instruments for servicing teaching-research and social is a key issue for the opening and sharing management study of large-scale instruments. In view of the problem of management mode and opening and sharing mode of large-scale instruments,combined with the practice of that in Xuzhou Institute of Technology,the sharing mode of laboratories,sharing platform of large-scale equipment,open funds,the assessment of profits and assessment system were investigated. Moreover,the research is mainly focused on the opening and sharing mechanism characterized by the integration of teaching and scientific research,construction of information management platform,the paid service and open fund management mode,and evaluation system of rewards and punishments. These measures could significantly increase the efficiency and profits,the results played certain reference role on promoting opening and sharing mode of equipment in laboratories.
