原发性肝癌中晚期患者经肝癌介入治疗后的效果及对肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗对原发性肝癌中晚期患者的疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法选择我院2012年2月~2014年2月间收治的50例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,采用肝癌介入治疗技术对其进行诊治,对比分析患者治疗后的效果及对其肝脏功能的影响。结果介入治疗2次后患者的完全缓解率（58.00%）明显高于治疗1次后的完全缓解率（30.00%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后第1天,患者的ALT和TBIL较治疗前明显升高,ALB则明显降低,考虑与治疗相关的肝损伤有关,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后1周,ALT、TBIL及ALB逐渐恢复至正常范围,较治疗前差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后1周复查AFP的结果显示,术后1周较治疗前有所降低,但差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。表明介入治疗对患者的肝功能有明显改善效果。结论介入治疗对原发性肝癌中晚期患者临床疗效显著,对患者肝功能改善明显,具有较大的临床价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy and effect on liver function of interventional treatment for the patients with advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods From February 2012 to February 2014,50 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma received interventional treatment in our hospital,and the efficacy and effect on liver function were observed.Results The complete remission rate after two treatments（58.00%） was significantly higher than that after one treatment（30.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After first days of treatment,the patients＇ ALT and TBIL were significantly higher than before treatment,while ALB was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 1 weeks of treatment,ALT,TBIL and ALB gradually recovered to the normal range,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 1 week of operation,the results of AFP showed that there was a decrease in 1 week after surgery than before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The results indicated that the interventional treatment could improve the liver function effectively.Conclusion The interventional therapy is effective for patients with advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma,which can improve the liver function and has great clinical value.
