儿童癔症患者家庭支持系统的建立与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭支持系统在儿童癔症治疗护理过程中的效果。方法选择2014年3月~2015年2月我院收治的65例儿童癔症患者作为研究对象,研究对象按照随机数字表法随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组进行常规治疗及护理,干预组在对照组基础上予家庭健康知识知晓情况与健康需求调查分析、家庭干预手册的发放、家庭随访体系的建立、家庭教育支持系统、心理支持系统。比较两组干预后的疗效、家属对癔症相关知识的需求及了解情况、家庭支持系统对癔症患儿治疗护理效果的影响。结果干预组在实施干预后的有效率达100.0%,而对照组为84.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在家庭支持系统中,家长对医务人员的信任程度、家长与医护的配合程度以及对治疗过程的参与三方面对儿童癔症的治疗与康复具有显著疗效,对癔症患儿康复的影响差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论家庭支持系统的建立可以显著改善儿童癔症的治疗护理效果,有利于康复,减少复发。Objective To discuss the effect of family support system in nursing of children hysteria.Methods A total of65 cases of children hysteria treated in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing,while patients in the intervention group were additionally given survey and analysis on family health knowledge awareness and health requirement,provision of family intervention manual,and establishment of family follow-up system,family education support system,and psychological support system.The curative effects,demand and awareness of hysteria knowledge in families,and influence of family support system on nursing of hysteria children of two groups were compared after intervention.Results The response rate in the intervention group was 100.0% after intervention,which was only 84.4% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.In family support system,the trust of parents in medical staff,cooperation of parents and medical staff,and participation of parents in therapeutic process showed significant curative effect in treatment and rehabilitation of children hysteria（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Establishment of family support system can significantly improve the nursing effect of children hysteria,facilitate the rehabilitation of patients and reduce recurrence.
