摘　　要：通过分析确定模型线路,既四烧→4 #高炉→5#铸机→轨梁厂1 线（百米普轨）,利用现场写实的方法统计各工序间最好的匹配方式与匹配时间.将各工序的时间和质量要求标示于一根时间轴上, 形成从合同拉动轨梁,轨梁拉动炼钢,炼钢拉动炼铁的一个流体系.为将来的准时化拉动系统提供数据支撑.In the paper,the model line is determined through analysis,that is No. 4 Sintering Workshop→4~#blast furnace→5~#casting machine→1~#production line of Rail and Beam Plant( 100 meter standard rail) as well as the optimal matching mode and time among processes are counted based on the investigation at work field. The requirements of time and quality for processes are marked on a time shaft so that the system of one piece flow that the contract pulls Rail and Beam Plant,Rail and Beam Plant pulls Steel- melting Plant as well as Steel- melting Plant pulls Iron- making Plant is formed,which could provide the data support for the system of just in time( JIT) and pull production.
