摘  要:本文运用双组实验前后对照的方式,探讨振动力量训练对技巧啦啦操运动员的动静态及专项核心稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:12周振动训练后,俯桥测试指标对照组男性比实验前显著提高,p〈0.05,女性无差异;实验组男、女比实验前均显著提高,p〈0.01。单平衡盘和双平衡盘显著提高(p〈0.05,p〈0.01),单平衡盘男女分别提高8.09±4.21s和9.96±3.74s,提高10%~15%;双平衡盘提高10.99±3.42s和9.78±2.54s,双平衡盘成绩24%,双平衡盘好于单平衡盘。实验组站姿控尖子提高20.21%,双底座托尖子提高35.32%,双底座托尖子的振动效果好于站姿控尖子,且显著高于对照组(p〈0.05,p〈0.01)。振动力量训练对技巧啦啦操运动员核心稳定性的提高具有显著作用。研究形成的结论对于丰富核心稳定性训练的方法具有一定的参考价值。To investigate the effects of vibration on the static and dynamic strength training tips and special athletes Cheerleading core stability, rich core stability training methods. The results showed that after 12 weeks of vibration training, overlooking the bridge test indicators show that the control group was significantly higher than men before the experiment, p 〈 0.05, women no difference; the experimental group of male and female were significantly higher than before the experiment, p 〈 0.01. Significantly improved the balance disc and double - balanced single disc ( p 〈 0.05, p 〈 0.01 ) , single men and women respectively balance disc 8.09 ± 4.21s and 9.96 ±3.74s, increased by 10% to 15% ; two - disc improve balance 10.99± 3.42s and 9.78 ±2.54s, double - balanced disk performance by 24% , double- balanced dish better than the single -balanced dish. Experimental control group standing aces increase 20.21% , double the base care aces increase 35.32% , double pedestal prop vibration effect is better than standing control aces, and was significantly higher (p 〈 0.05, p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The vibration strength training on core stability techniques Cheerleading athletes have improved significantly.
