64层螺旋CT门静脉系统三维成像诊断腹部肿瘤的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨64 层螺旋CT 门静脉系统三维成像对腹部肿瘤的诊断价值.方法 将普通外科于2013 年～ 2015 年收治的50 例腹部肿瘤患者随机分为2 组,观察组26 例,行64 层螺旋CT 门静脉系统三维成像检查,对照组24 例行CT 平扫检查,均与手术及病理所见对比,比较2 组不同的方法对腹部肿瘤位置、侵袭范围诊断准确率及对门静脉系统显示情况.结果 观察组诊断腹部肿瘤位置及侵袭范围的准确率分别为96.2% 和76.9%,明显高于对照组的75.0% 和50.0%,差异均具统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;观察组在显示门静脉走行、位置、管径大小方面均较对照组清晰、立体、直观.结论 64 层螺旋CT 门静脉系统三维成像诊断具有准确性高、无创、快速的优点,对腹部肿瘤诊治有重要价值.Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional imaging of portal vein system with 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of abdominal tumors. Methods50 cases of abdominal tumor oncology patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 years were randomly divided into two groups. The three-dimensional imaging of portalvein system with 64-slice spiral CT were performed for the observation group 26 cases of patients with abdominal tumors, and plain scanning of 64-slice spiral CT wereperformed for the control group 24 cases of patients with abdominal tumors. Then abdominal tumor location, invasive diagnostic accuracy and range of portal venous systemdisplay case were compared. Results Observation group diagnosis of abdominal tumor location and invasion range accuracy rates were 96.2% and 76.9%, significantlyhigher than the 75.0% and 50.0% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）; the observation group in the portal vein display out of shape, position, size diameter clear termscompared with the control group, three-dimensional, intuitive. Conclusion The three-dimensional imaging of portal vein system with 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis ofabdominal tumors were with high accuracy, non-invasive, quick advantage, which is important in diagnosis and treatment of abdominal tumors.
