摘 要:目的:探讨急性热应激后小鼠脑体功能的时程性变化。方法:复制小鼠急性热应激模型,记录小鼠实验前后不同时间点的体重,用穿梭实验法,观察各组小鼠热应激后0、6、12、24、36h不同时间点学习记忆功能。采用斜板实验法监测小鼠在热应激预处理后各时间点的脑体功能。结果:与对照组相比,热应激组小鼠体重明显减轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿梭实验结果表明:与对照组相比,热应激组在0、6、12h时错误次数(M)明显增高,潜伏期(EL)明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);热应激组相比于对照组在0、6、12h等三个时间点,斜板爬坡角度显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性热应激对小鼠脑体功能有明显影响。Objective:To discuss the time course changes of brain-body function of mice after acute heat stress.Meth-ods:Model of heat stress mice was duplicated.Weight of mice in different time before and after experiment was recorded. Shuttle box test was used to observe the learning and memory function of mice in each group at 0 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h re-spectively after heat stress.Inclined plane test was used to monitor the brain-body function of mice in different time after heat stress pretreatment.Results:1.Compared with control group,weight of mice in HS group was significantly reduced (P 〈0.05).2.Shuttle box test indicated that:Compared with control group,mistakes(M)in HS(heat stress)group was significant-ly increased while escape latency (EL)was significantly shortened at 0 h,6 h,12 h respectively(P 〈0.05).3.Compared with control group,inclined plate climbing angles in HS group at 0 h,6 h,12 h were significantly reduced (P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Acute heat stress had obvious effects on brain-body function of mice.
