摘  要:该文采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理分析、专家访谈等方法,对以浙江全省12所高校学生选择散打和跆拳道课程的动机进行了研究,结果发现学习跆拳道的主要动机是"兴趣""自卫""晋级升段"等;散打在"晋级升段"方面作风古板,宣传力度跟不上。强调踢、打、摔、拿,竞技实战性太强。通过调查得出了动机的形成机制,建议改革散打运动的晋级升段制,结合跆拳道成功经验,增强散打课程的观赏性,针对性的对散打进行改革,以提高散打课程的质量和效果,更好地促进散打课程在高校中的普及与提高。The questionnaire, literature and mathematical analysis, expert interviews and other methods, to choose the motivation of Sanda and Taekwondo classes in college students in Zhejiang Province 12 were studied results showed that the main motivation of learning Taekwondo is "interest", "self", "cut up some"; Sanda in the "cut up" style traditional propaganda to follow. Stressed the kick, hit, throw, take, competitive combat is too strong. Through the investigation and draw the motivation of the formation mechanism, proposed reform of Wushu sport promotion promotion period, combined with successful experience of Taekwondo, enhancement of the Sanda courses of ornamental, the reform of Sanda, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Sanda courses and better promote popularization of Sanda courses in universities and improve.
