摘　　要：为培养创新型医药人才,对药学专业的有机化学实验教学进行初步改革探索,包括优化实验内容、改进教学方法、建立综合考评制度及鼓励学生参与科研项目等方面,有效提高学生的创新能力。In consideration of cultivating the innovative talents of pharmacy, the primary reform and research has been made in organic chemistry experimental teaching. The experimental teaching reformation focuses on the following aspects: to optimize the experimental content, to improve the teaching method, to build the comprehensive evaluation system and to encourage the undergraduates to participate in the teachers' research projects, which improve the innovative ability of pharmic students effectively.
