后腹腔镜手术对局限性肾癌患者机体抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究及分析后腹腔镜手术对局限性肾癌患者机体抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态的影响程度。方法:将于本院进行手术治疗的56例局限性肾癌患者按照手术方式的不同分为两组,其中对照组28例进行开放性手术治疗,观察组28例则进行后腹腔镜手术治疗,然后将两组术前及术后1、5d及10d的抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态相关血清指标进行比较。结果:术前两组抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态相关血清指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而术后1、5d及10d观察组的抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态相关血清指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜手术对局限性肾癌患者机体抗氧化能力与疼痛应激状态的影响更为积极,因此更为适用于局限性肾癌的治疗。Objective:To study and analyze the influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for the body antioxidant capacity and pain stress state of patients with localized renal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 56 patients with localized renal carcinoma admitted to our hospital who were treated with surgery were divided into two groups according to the differences of surgery.28 cases in control group were treated with open surgery,and 28 cases in observation group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,then the related indexes of antioxidant capacity and pain stress state of two groups before the surgery and at first,fifth and tenth day after the surgery were compared.Results:The related indexes of antioxidant capacity and pain stress state of two groups showed no significant differences before undergoing the surgery(Pall>0.05),while the related indexes of antioxidant capacity and pain stress state of observation group at first,fifth and tenth day after the surgery were all better than those of control group,(Pall<0.05),the differences were all significant.Conclusion:The influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for the body antioxidant capacity and pain stress state of patients with localized renal carcinoma is more active,so it is more suitable for the treatment of localized renal carcinoma.
