应用型本科院校毕业生就业选择的调查统计研究——以滁州学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国高校教育的快速发展,大学毕业生的数量急剧增加,毕业生就业难日益凸显。大学毕业生如何进行就业选择,文章首先引出问题和提出研究假设,然后以滁州学院2015届本科毕业生为研究对象进行问卷调查,对调查得到的数据进行数理统计分析,从而验证:应用型本科院校毕业生的就业选择标准在毕业生的性别、年龄和生源地等方面的差异显著,同时与总体毕业生群体的就业选择之间差异也显著,探讨产生差异的原因,得出结论并给出建议。With the rapid development of higher education in China,the number of university graduatesincreased dramatically,increasingly prominent that graduates is difficult,how university graduates chooseemployment options？ Firstly leads to problems and put forward the hypothesis,then taking the 2015 session ofthe graduates of Chuzhou University for the study questionnaire,survey data obtained to mathematical statisticsanalysis,to verify： graduate employment selection criteria of application-type colleges differences in gender,age and source place of graduates,and the difference in employment options and the whole graduates is alsosignificant,discuss the reasons for the differences,to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
