摘　　要：以创意农业内涵与理念为理论指导,阐述了科技创意对创意农业发展的作用,分析了辽宁特色创意农业发展的问题和新思路,探索了科技创新发展辽宁创意农业的路径和对策。Taking the connotations and features of creative agriculture as the theoretical guidance,expounds the importance of scientific and technological innovation in developing creative agriculture,analyzesthe existing problems and new thinking in the development of creative agriculture in Liaoning province,probesinto the countermeasures of the development of creative agriculture promoted by scientific and technologicalinnovation in Liaoning province,and puts forward the corresponding development paths.
