摘 要:针对纯电动轻型车辆用电机驱动系统,提出了驱动电机与整车联合仿真的分析方法.基于车辆的动力需求,采用有限元法对驱动电机进行设计和分析.以车辆动力性能指标作为设计输入,建立车辆的数学模型.结合电机性能指标与整车数学模型,采用AVL Cruise软件对整车性能进行联合仿真.以一款电动摩托车用轮毂电机驱动系统为例,建立了电机及整车系统的联合仿真分析模型并进行了试验验证.试验结果表明,结合驱动电机与整车数学模型的联合仿真方法,适用于纯电动轻型车辆电机驱动系统的设计和整车性能匹配.For the design of motor driving system on pure electric light vehicles,one kind of co-simulation method between motors and the vehicles was introduced. Finite element simulation was applied to the design and analysis of motors,based on the power requirements of vehicles. The mathematical model was established according to the dy-namic performance of vehicles. AVL Cruise software was used for the co-simulation between the motor performance and mathematical model of vehicles. A hub motor prototype was designed and made with the above-mentionedmethod and was assembled on the electric motorcycle. The experiments,including accelerating ability,climbing ability,and maximum speed,were done to confirm the validity of this method. It was proved that the co-simulation method is applicable and significant for the design and matching of motor driving system on pure electric light vehicles.
