摘 要:为评价福建茶叶质量安全水平,对闽南、闽北、闽东16个产茶乡镇53个土壤样品及86个茶叶样品重金属含量进行抽样分析,结果表明:调查区域的土壤铜含量为3.97~19.13mg·kg^(-1),铬含量为7.97~56.40mg·kg^(-1),铅含量为12.26~134.74mg·kg^(-1),镉的含量为0.07~0.26mg·kg^(-1),锌含量为13.30~307.52mg·kg^(-1)。茶叶铜含量为3.25~41.00 mg·kg^(-1),铬含量为0.42~7.64 mg·kg^(-1),铅含量为0.46~4.71mg·kg^(-1),镉含量为0.02~0.13mg·kg^(-1),锌含量为15.44~31.28mg·kg^(-1)。80%以上福建主要产茶区域土壤污染水平达清洁水平,主要产茶区域茶叶铅、铜、镉含量未超标,调查区域有3个点茶叶铬含量超过限量标准,茶叶锌含量值变化幅度较小,表征茶树对土壤锌元素吸收比较稳定一致。Heavy metals in 53 soil and 86 tea samples collected from 16 tea growing areas in southern,northern,and eastern Fujian were analyzed.The results showed that the content of Cu in the soils ranged from 3.97 to 19.13mg·kg^(-1);Cr,from 7.97 to 56.40 mg·kg^(-1);Pb,from 12.26 to 134.74 mg·kg^(-1);Cd,from 0.07 to 0.26mg·kg^(-1);and,Zn,from 13.30 to 307.52 mg·kg^(-1);while that of Cu in the teas,from 3.25 to 41.00mg·kg^(-1);Cr,from 0.42 to 7.64 mg·kg^(-1);Pb,from 0.46 to 4.71 mg·kg~(^(-1));Cd,from 0.02 to 0.13mg·kg^(-1);and,Zn,from 15.44 to 31.28mg·kg^(-1).More than 80 percent of the major tea-producing areas were considered clean as far as heavy metal pollution is concerned.Pb,Cu,and Cd,except Cr at 3locations,in the teas produced at the plantations did not exceed the safety limits.The Zn contents in the teas from the various surveyed areas were similar,suggesting a stable and limited Zn-absorption from soil by the tea plants.
