摘　　要：随着重型汽车对驱动桥的要求越来越高,对驱动桥的功率、速度、精度等要求也日益的提高,摩擦、润滑、磨损、润滑油的清洁问题就显得比较突出。解决摩擦、磨损的直接手段就是润滑,驱动桥主减速器的润滑主要是主减内部的轴承与齿轮的润滑。目前国内每年重型汽车以数十万台的速度飞速增长,驱动桥主减速器不当的润滑会带来相当巨大的维修成本,对整车的运行效率也有重要影响,正确的使用润滑能够带来巨大的经济效益。With the heavy truck on the increasingly high demand of the drive axle, the power of the driving axle speed, accuracy and other requirements increasing day by day. Friction, Lubrication, Wear clean, Lubrication oil becomes more prominent. To solve the friction, wear is the direct means of lubrication, Lubrication of main drive axle reducer is internal bearings and gears of the main reducer. The annual domestic heavy vehicles is on hundreds of thousands of the rapid growth speed, the main driving axle gear lubrication which would cause improper maintenance cost is huge, the operation efficiency of the vehicle also has an important influence on the correct use of lubrication, this can bring huge economic benefits.
