摘　　要：西湖龙井茶是全世界茶叶中的珍品,西湖龙井茶非物质文化遗产则是茶文化体系中不可分割的重要组成部分。对西湖龙井茶非物质文化遗产,我们要切实做好抢救、保护和利用工作。West Lake Longjing Tea is a treasure in the tea world,and the intangible cultural heritage of West Lake Longjing Tea is an important component of tea culture. The rescue,protection and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage West Lake Longjing Tea were discussed in the present paper.
