摘  要:针对高压真空断路器电机操动机构控制系统具有非线性、参数时变、大电流、瞬时启动等特点,为提高操动机构的速度跟踪精度,本文介绍了高压真空断路器操动机构的具体结构,并分析了操动机构的运动特性。将模糊控制和免疫PID控制相结合,提出了一种模糊免疫PID控制算法。基于DSP+FPGA+单片机设计了高压真空断路器操动机构控制系统,并给出了软硬件设计方法。最后,利用MAT-LAB软件对所提控制算法进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:模糊免疫PID控制具有较好的速度随动控制效果和鲁棒性,证明了基于模糊免疫PID的真空高压断路器操动机构控制方法的有效性。The control system of high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism has characteristics of nonlinear, parameter time-varying, large current and instant-start. In order to improve the speed tracking precision of operating mechanisms, the concrete structure of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism is introduced and the movement characteristics of the operating mechanism is analyzed in this paper. Combining fuzzy control and immune PID control, a fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is proposed. A high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism control system is designed based on DSP + FPGA + SCM and the hardware and software design method are presented. Finally, the simulation of proposed control algorithm is carried on by MATLAB. The simulation results show that the fuzzy immune PID control has good speed servo control effect and robustness. The effectiveness of fuzzy immune PID control method is proved.
