摘　　要：侧支循环在急性缺血性卒中的防治中发挥着重要作用。脑侧支循环形成和开放受体内多种因素的影响和调节,如先天的解剖结构、血流动力学改变以及血液中相关细胞和化学因子的改变等。通过影响血液中相关成分的含量变化,针对性地预防和治疗疾病,以促进脑缺血区侧支循环建立和开放。Collateral circulation plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke. The formation and opening of cerebral collateral circulation are affected by many factors, such as congenital anatomical structure, hemodynamic changes and related cytokines and chemical factors in blood. The pertinent prevention and treatment for ischemic stroke via changing related blood contents can improve the formation and opening of collateral circulation in cerebral ischemic area.
