摘　　要：目的探讨肌间血管瘤的手术方法和临床疗效。方法对7例肌间血管瘤患者,术前行CT、CT血管造影、MRI检查确定血管瘤侵及范围及血供特点,其中3例行手术前介入血管栓塞,1例行颈外动脉临时阻断。结果本组7例患者的疼痛、肿胀症状明显好转,肢体和躯干功能恢复良好。6例经Ⅰ期完整切除后无复发,1例切除后复发经Ⅱ期手术切除。结论早期手术彻底切除瘤体,防止病情快速进展是治疗肌间血管瘤的最有效方法,围手术期对手术难度和并发症要有充分准备;对于瘤体巨大或邻近重要器官的患者,可术前行介入治疗或术中阻断主要供血动脉以控制术中致死性出血的发生。Objective To investigate the surgical methods and clinical effects to treat intramuscular hemangioma.Methods Seven patients with intramuscular hemangioma underwent preoperative CT,CTA and MRI examination to confirm invasive scope and blood supply.Among them,3 cases received interventional embolization and 1 case underwent intraoperative temporary block of the external carotid artery.Results All cases were with improved pain and swelling and recovered function of limbs and trunk.Six cases achieved good outcomes without recurrence after surgical treatment;1 case underwent a secondary operation because of recurrence.Conclusion Early diagnosis,early surgical operation and complete resection is the key to treatment of intramuscular hemangioma;full perioperative preparation is important;the control of hemorrhage is a critical element.
