摘  要:目的建立小型巴马猪的下颌角3D打印模型,为模拟临床复杂下颌角截骨术的新型治疗方法提供全面的预手术设计方案。方法选择12个月龄巴马小型猪3只,采用螺旋CT在术前、术后扫描巴马小型猪的头部骨骼形态,应用Mimics 10.01、Geomagic stodio 2013等软件进行下颌骨的三维重建并进行3D打印,设计改良的下颌骨截骨导板,在导板引导下,完成下颌角截骨术。结果经术中验证,巴马小型猪下颌骨3D打印模型能够精确模拟下颌角形态,术前设计的截骨导板能够在术中辅助进行精确截骨。结论数字化3D打印技术对于模拟下颌角形态,辅助术前手术方案设计,进行精确下颌角截骨,有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To establish a 3D printing model of the mandibular angel using Bama miniature pigs to provide whole preoperative design for the newly invented osteotomy templates by simulating complex clinical mandibular angle osteotomy.Methods Three 12-month Bama miniature pigs were selected and CT was used for scanning the 3D form of the cephalic skeleton.Mimics 10.01 and Geomagic Studio 2013 software were used to 3D reconstruct and print,then the mandibular angle osteotomy was completed,guided by the improved plate of mandibular bone ostectomy template.Results With the application of osteotomy templates,osteotomy of mandibular operations can be more accurate.Conclusion Bama miniature pigs are the ideal animal model for mandibular angle osteotomy.3D printing technology and osteotomy template are useful in clinical application.
