摘  要:为评价流化床的流化质量,选用七种粒度不同的磁铁矿粉为加重质,将影响流化质量的主要因素流化气速和加重质粒度分布作为评价指标,并提取流化质量参数,分析其对流化质量的影响。结果表明:利用流化质量参数分析评价指标对流化质量的影响,流化床层的密度标准差随气速的增大均呈先增大后减小的趋势,在其达到最大值后的气速范围内,床层密度趋于稳定。此时床层的均匀性较好。床层密度标准差随磁铁矿粉平均粒径的增大而增大,此时床层的均匀性变差。当其含有适量的细颗粒时,床层的均匀性要比相同粒径的磁铁矿粉所形成的床层均匀性好,可以改善流化质量。根据密度标准差与气速的变化趋势对气速进行分区,为选择适宜的分选气速范围提供了依据。This paper is aimed at evaluating the fluidization quality of fluidized bed. The evaluation is performed by analyzing the influence of evaluation index on the fluidization quality using 7 different kinds of particle size of magnet as dense medium, and using main fluidizing gas velocity and particle size of dense medium that affect fluidization quality as evaluation index and extracting the fluidization quality parameters. The experimental results show that an analysis of the influence of evaluation index on fluid- ization quality using the fluidization quality parameters demonstrates a tendency that there follows an ini- tial increase and subsequent decrease in density distribution standard deviations of fluidized bed layer due to an increase in fluidizing gas velocity, and the occurrence of the maximum range of gas velocity is f01- lowed by a more stable bed density and subsequent better bed uniformity; an increase in average magnet particle sizes is followed by a gradual increase in bed density standard deviation, with a resultant worse u- niformity ; the presence of the certain amount of fine particles results in a better bed uniformity in a fluid- ized bed than in a magnet of the same size, thus improving the fluidization quality. Coupled with gas ve- locity partitions based on the change trend of the density standard deviation and gas velocity, the evalua- tion approach may provide the basis for choosing the suitable separation gas velocity range.
